Claire Mullen (Director) is a writer, sound designer, photographer and filmmaker from the California Bay Area. She holds a masters in Film Preservation and Audiovisual Archive Studies from the Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola. Her audio work has won awards including the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia Award, the Edward R. Murrow Award, and the TC/RHDF Directors' Choice Award. Her writing has been published by outlets including The Nation, The Believer, Artsy, and Lithub. All Watched Over By Machines of Loving Grace is her first feature film.

Efraín Mojica (Producer) is a photographer, filmmaker and multidisciplinary artist from Michoacán, living in Mexico City. Their work has shown in galleries around the world, including Kunstverein Neukolln and MZ Galleries in Berlin, Magia Roja in Barcelona, the Factory in Seattle, and Museo Tlatelolco in Mexico City. As a conceptual artist, their work explores the translation and interpolation of different mediums – light, sound, and matter. Video art has always been a central part of Efraín’s work, and their filmmaking is heavily influenced by their art practice. Efraín’s first feature documentary, Jaripeo, premiered globally at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, and internationally in the Panorama section of the 76th Berlin International Film Festival.
